Catholics On Call Free Young Adult Summer Conferences Accepting Applications!
Are you, or is someone you know, a young adult discerning a life of service in the Church as a lay ecclesial minister, religious sister or brother or priest? Consider attending a Catholics On Call Young Adult Conference 2010. Geared towards 18-30 year olds contemplating lives of service or ministry, Catholics On Call is currently accepting applications for their summer conferences. Conferences take place at Catholic Theological Union, 5401 South Cornell Avenue, Chicago:
Thursday, June 3 – Sunday, June 6 (application due Monday, April 5, 2010)
Sunday, August 1 – Friday, August 6 (application due Friday, June 4, 2010)
Conferences are free of charge to participants and include room and board. Interested young adults need to complete an application, a personal statement, and provide two letters of recommendation. Approximately 40-45 spaces are available at each conference.
